2. Estimates and Pricing

All estimates are valid for 30 days from issuance. Prices may vary based on material costs, project complexity, and unforeseen conditions discovered during work.

3. Warranties

Our workmanship warranty covers installation defects for a period specified in your service agreement. Manufacturer warranties for materials are passed through to the customer.

4. Payment Terms

Payment schedules will be outlined in your service agreement. Typically, we require:

• Initial deposit to secure materials
• Progress payments at defined milestones
• Final payment upon satisfactory completion

5. Project Timeline

While we strive to meet all projected timelines, delays may occur due to weather, material availability, or unforeseen circumstances. We will communicate any changes promptly.

6. Property Access and Preparation

Customers must provide reasonable access to work areas and remove/protect valuable items. We take precautions but are not responsible for damage to unsecured items.

7. Permits and Compliance

We obtain necessary permits and ensure compliance with local building codes. Additional costs for permits will be included in your estimate.

8. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms vary based on project stage and are detailed in your service agreement. Deposits may be non-refundable if materials have been ordered.

9. Insurance and Liability

We maintain comprehensive insurance coverage. Certificates of insurance are available upon request.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation or mediation before pursuing legal action.
